From analysing systems to shaping experiences .
I started out in technical support and quality assurance, working closely with users and complex products. Early exposure to real users and complex products taught me how small decisions scale across systems, an understanding that continues to guide my work.
My practice is driven by curiosity about the why behind systems and behaviour. I focus on problem framing, research-led decision-making, and strategy-driven design that operates within real-world constraints such as scale, stakeholders, and technical complexity.
I now work primarily in enterprise UX, where clarity, structure, and collaboration are essential. I enjoy translating abstract requirements into usable, accessible systems and designing interfaces that remain calm and intentional in high-stakes environments.
